Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that schedules change. To maintain reliability and fairness for all clients, we follow a simple cancellation policy.

Rescheduling

 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a visit.

​

Missed Appointments / Failed Access

 

If we arrive and cannot access the workspace, the visit is marked as missed. Missed appointments do not reduce the Monthly Rate.

​

Service Pauses

 

If you need to pause recurring service, please provide 30 days’ written notice.

​

Holidays

 

If your scheduled visit falls on a holiday, we will coordinate an alternate day.
