5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to the full service amount.

6. Service Limitations

​

For safety, insurance, and quality control reasons, we do not:

• climb higher than a two‑step ladder

• move items over 20 lbs

• clean biohazards (blood, feces, urine, vomit)

• clean unsecured firearms

• use bleach unless specifically requested (client assumes responsibility)

• clean areas without conditioned air (e.g., garages, outdoor spaces)

7. Pets & Animals in the Workplace

Clients must ensure that any pets or animals present in the workplace are secured and not in the cleaning area during service. This is for the safety of our team and the animal. We do not clean pet waste, litter boxes, cages, or any biohazard‑related materials.

8. Bonding & Insurance

​

The Woodlands Office Cleaning is bonded and insured. Our coverage is designed to protect both our clients and our team during the performance of cleaning services. Clients must report any breakage, damage, or concerns within 24 hours of service for evaluation. Coverage applies only to incidents that occur during scheduled cleaning services and does not extend to pre‑existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or items that are unstable, unsecured, or improperly installed.

9. Breakage or Damage

We are insured. Any breakage or damage must be reported within 24 hours of service for evaluation.

10. User Conduct
